2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via h2om.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products
All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or design may occur.

4. Prices and Payments
All prices include VAT. Payments can be made securely via iDeal and PayPal.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• The Netherlands: Delivery within 7 working days.
• International: Delivery within 4 weeks.
  Delays may occur due to customs or shipping conditions.

6. Returns
Products can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

7. Liability
H2OM is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product or shipping delays beyond our control.

8. Privacy

9. Disputes
Dutch law applies. In case of disputes, the court of The Hague has jurisdiction.
